摘    要:目的:腹主动脉瘤(AAA)是一类死亡率极高的主动脉疾病.为研究AAA的发病机制及治疗措施,必须建立合适的病理模型.文中研究建立简便、迅速、稳定的Wistar大鼠AAA模型. 方法:10周龄雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分成实验组及对照组(各15只),实验组采用缩短弹力酶灌注时间的改进建模方法,对照组采用传统建模方法.14d后计算2组动物的存活率、腹主动脉瘤的形成率,制作腹主动脉石蜡及电镜切片,观察其形态学变化.结果 :对照组大鼠手术存活率为60%,存活大鼠AAA形成率为89%;实验组大鼠存活率为87%,存活大鼠AAA形成率为85%;两组大鼠均可见腹主动脉明显扩张,动脉壁变硬,部分区域可见内膜撕裂,中膜弹力纤维减少或消失,外膜炎性细胞浸润明显. 结论:改进后的30min弹力酶灌注法可用于AAA大鼠模型的制作,动物成活率及AAA形成率均较高.是一种简便、迅速、稳定的腹主动脉瘤Wistar大鼠建模方法.
