医嘱录入工作的现状分析及对策

加强医嘱的录入及查对的安全管理对于减少医疗差错、提高医疗护理质量起着非常重要的作用。本文就医院中医嘱录入中容易出现的问题进行分析,并提出了有效的对策,并针对现行的HIS医院信息系统提出了改进措施。

The enhancement of safety control of the entering and checking of medical order plays an important role in the reducing malpraxis and raising of quality of care,in this paper,we analysis the question which happens frenquently in the work of the entering and checking of medical order,and raise some effective countermeasures.we also propse some improment to the now Hospital Information System.
