护理本科实习生临床技能调查分析

目的：调查护理本科生临床实习期间技能操作情况。方法：采用自制问卷调查全国卫生系统护士岗位技能训练的50项操作。结果：85％以上学生能够熟练完成14项操作，20％以上学生未操作过16项项目。结论：护理本科生的基础护理操作较熟练，专科护理操作欠缺。建议：应在校内加强学生操作能力的培训；加强学校与医院之间的沟通，学校应设联络教师；提高带教教师的积极性，使用临床护理教学管理手册；注册护士考试应增加技能考试，工作后接受继续教育。

Study of clinical skills of nursing students

Objective： To investigate nursing skills of nursing undergaduates during clinical practice. Methods： Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 50 items of nursing skills of national health system. Results： 85% students can perform 14 item skillfully, 16 items were never done by 20% students, conclusion： Skills of basic nursing are grasped by nursing undergraduates while specialized skills are deficient Suggestion： It is suggested that students＇ operation ability should be enhanced in school; the communication should be reinforced between sch~ol and clinical hospitals, and liaison teacher should be anranged; enthusiasm of clinical mentor be improved and manual of clinical nursing teaching management be used. Skills should be. added to registered nurse examination and continued education is needed.
