92例重型颅脑损伤临床诊治分析

目的：总结重型颅脑损伤患者的救治体会。方法：对92例GCS评分〈8分的重型颅脑损伤患者,对其治疗方法及治疗结果进行回顾性总结和分析。结果：92例患者按GCS评分恢复良好52例（56.5%）,轻、中残9例（9.7%）,重残6例（6.5%）,植物生存4例（4.3%）,死亡21例（22.8%）。结论：争取时间,早期诊断,积极的手术治疗,给予脑组织充分的氧供,防止各种并发症的发生,尽量减少继发性的脑损伤,是提高重型颅脑损伤病人生存率及生存质量的关键。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 92 CASES OF SEVERE CEREBRAL INJURY

Objective：To summarize the management experience for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods：The clinical data of 92 cases with severe craniocerebral injury（GCS score〈8）were analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among 92 cases,52 cases were with good recovery（56.5%）,9 cases with low or moderate grade disability（9.7%）,6 cases with severe disability（6.5%）,4 cases were in suspended animation（4.3%）,and 21cases died（22.8%）.Conclusion：The key means to improve the survival rate and the quality of life of patients with severe craniocerebral injury are diagnosing earier,operational decompression actively,sufficient supply of oxygen for brain tissue,preventing and controlling complication,and reduce the secondary brain damage.
