肝硬变患者糖代谢异常与中医辨证的临床观察

目的 :分析肝硬变患者糖代谢异常与中医辨证分型的关系。方法 :肝硬变组 4 9例和健康对照组 30例进行空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白和果糖胺的测定。肝硬变患者按中医辨证分为肝郁脾虚、湿热中阻、瘀血阻络、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚 5型。结果 :肝硬变患者 5种辨证分型都与肝源性糖尿病发病有密切关系 ,特别是瘀血阻络型和肝肾阴虚型与肝源性糖尿病的发生有非常显著的联系。结论 :在治疗中 ,要重视滋补肝肾和活血化瘀治疗

Clinical Observation on Hepatocirrhosis Patients Glycometabolism Disorder and Syndrome-differentiating of TCM

Objective :To analyze the relationship of hepatocirrhosis patients′ glycometabolism disorder and syndrome differentiating of TCM. Methods :Fasting blood glucose,postprandial two hours glucose,glycosylating hemoglobin and amine levulinate were determined in both 49 cases of hepatocirrhosis group and 30 cases of healthy control group.According to syndrome differentiating of TCM,hepatocirrhosis patients were divided into live depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,wetness and heat obstruction syndrome,blood stagnating meridian syndrome,yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome and yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome. Results :There is close relationship between above five syndromes and hepatic diabetes,especially blood stagnating meridian syndrome and yin deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome. Conclusion :It should emphasize nourishing liver kidney and promoting blood circulation therapy in hepatocirrhosis treatment.
