地诺前列酮栓-欣普贝生用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨欣普贝生用于足月妊娠促进宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果及安全性。方法选择2009年8月~2010年8月89名初产孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为两组,37例给予欣普贝生,52例行缩宫素静脉滴注引产,比较两组促宫颈成熟、引产的成功率和分娩情况。结果欣普贝生组和缩宫素组引产成功率分别为73.0%和32.7%,总有效率分别为89.2%和46.2%,欣普贝生组显著优于缩宫素组(P〈0.01);欣普贝生组用药至临产时间、临产至分娩时间均显著短于缩宫素组(P〈0.01)。两组在剖宫产率、产后出血量、新生儿窒息及副作用方面比较,差异无统计学意义。结论欣普贝生用于足月妊振引产方便、成功率高,是安全有效的引产药物。

Abstract:Objective Discussed the safety and clinical effect of Suppositories for full-term pregnancy promote cervical mature and induced labor.Methods Using comparison research,89 cases of pregnant women divided into two groups,37 cases given Pubeisheng,52 cases routine oxytocin intravenous drip a ociation,compared the promote cervical mature,success and delivery circumstance of two groups.Results Success of Pubeisheng group and oxytocin group were 73.0% and 32.7%,total effective were 89.2% and 46.2% respectively,Pubeisheng group significantly better than oxytocin group(P0.01),the birth time and delivery time of Pubeisheng group significantly shorter than oxytocin group(P0.01).Two groups in cesarean section rate,postpartum bleeding,neonatal asphyxia had no statistically significant differences.Conclusion Pubeisheng used in inducing labor for full-term was convenience,high success rate,safe and effective.
