手术治疗16例Pilon骨折

目的探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的适宜手术、手术时机及疗效和有关并发症的防治。方法对2001～2008年手术治疗的16例Pilon骨折患者进行随访,所有患者经过16～22个月随访,骨折根据Rudi-Allgower分型,Ⅱ型12例,Ⅲ型4例。结果按照Mazur评分系统,优6例,良6例,可3例,差1例,总优良率75%。术后并发症创面延迟愈合2例,关节退性性改变2例,结论影响Pilon骨折预后因素较多,正确选择手术时机、根据骨折类型选择内固定方法是取得良好手术效果的关键。

Operational Treatment of 16 Cases Pilon Fracture

Objective To investigate the treatment of Pilon fracture,and its outcome,preserve its complication.Metholds 16 patients with Pilon fractures were treated with plate osteosyntnesis from 2001-2008.According to the Ruedi-Allgower classification,there were type Ⅱ fracture in 12 cases,type Ⅲ fracture in 4 cases.All patients were follow up 16-22 for months.Results According to the Mazur,criterion system,the outcome were excellent in 6 cases,good in 6 cases,poor in 3 cases and fair in 1 patient.The excellent and good rate was 75%.Conclusion It is important to have the right choice in timing of suregery and correct method of fixation in Pilon fractures for a satisfactory result.
