腺样体切除对儿童分泌性中耳炎患者听力的影响

目的 探讨腺样体切除对儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床效果及其对听力的影响.方法 选择2008年1月～2010年1月在笔者所在医院治疗的90例儿童分泌性中耳炎患儿,随机分为治疗组47例和对照组43例,对照组给予非手术治疗（常规药物治疗）,治疗组行腺样体切除术,比较两组疗效、听阈变化和并发症及住院时间等情况.结果治疗组总有效率为97.87%,对照组总有效率为73.72%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）,治疗组并发症的发生率为8.51%,对照组并发症的发生率为34.89%,两组并发症的发生率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.与对照组比较,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组对患儿的听力改善更明显,且并发症发生率低,住院时间短,两组经统计学分析差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 若有明确的腺样体手术指征应尽早行腺样体切除术,可以改善患儿的听力功能,且并发症少,住院时间短,值得推广和应用.

Adenoidectomy in Children with Secretory Otitis Media Affect Hearing

Objective To investigate the adenoidectomy on secretory otitis media in children, the clinical effects and on hearing. Methods From January 2008 to January 2010 in author＇ s hospital,90 children with secretory otitis media in children,47 patients were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group of 43 patients in the control group received non-surgical treatment （ routine treatment ） the treatment group underwent adenoidectomy, compared two groups, hearing threshold and complications and hospitalization time and so on.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.87%, the total effective rate of the control group was 73.72%, total effective rate were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the incidence of complications in the treatment group was 8.51%, The incidence rate of complications in the control group was 34.89%, the incidence of complications between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Compared with the control group, the total effective observation group was significantly higher in the observation group of children with more significant hearing improvement, and low complication rate, shorter hospital stay, the two groups by statistical analysis the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion If a clear indication of adenoid surgery should he as early as possible adenoidectomy can improve hearing function in children, and fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, should be promoted and applied.
