外剥内扎加凝固切除术治疗混合痔的疗效及VAPS评分比较

目的观察外剥内扎加凝固切除术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法选取2005年4月～2010年12月在笔者所在医院确诊为混合痔并行手术治疗的患者90例，全部病例随机分为三组：A组（外剥内扎术治疗组）、B组（凝固切除术治疗组）、c组（外剥内扎术加凝固切除术治疗组）各30例，比较三组的治愈率、术后疼痛指数评分及术后并发症的发生率。结果C组的治愈率明显优于A、B组（P〈0．05），术后不同时间C组的疼痛指数分别明显低于A、B组（P〈0．05），C组术后并发症发生率明显低于A、B组（P〈0．05）。结论外剥内扎术加凝固切除术治疗混合痔疗效显著，能显著提高患者的治愈率，减少患者术中术后出血，减轻患者术后疼痛，减少患者住院时间，可以在临床工作加以推广应用。

Compare the Effect of Outside Strip Internal Ligation and Solidification Resection Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids and VAPS Score

Objective To observe the effect of outside strip internal ligation and solidification resection treatment of mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods 90 patients were diagnosed mixed parallel and treated with surgery in our hospital April 2005- December 2010. All patients were randomly divided into three groups： A group （ outside strip internal ligation group ）, B group （ solidification resection group ）, C group （ outside strip internal ligation and solidification resection group ）, each group was 30 cases. Compare the cure rate, postoperative pain index scores and postoperative complications （wound infiltration blood, hematochezia, edema anus, anal discharge, itching and urinary retention ） of the three groups. Results The cure rate of C group was better than A, B group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, postoperative pain at different time index of group C were significantly lower than the A, B group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the complication rate of C group was significantly lower than the A, B group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Mixed hemorrhoids treated with outside strip internal ligation and solidification resection was a significant effect, and could significantly improve the cure rate, reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, reduce postoperative pain and reduce hospitalization time, which could be replicated in clinical application.
