全程超导可视无痛人工流产术的临床应用

目的探讨全程超导可视无痛人工流产术的临床应用价值。方法选择自愿要求进行全程超导可视无痛人工流产术的早孕患者150例为观察组,同期自愿选择行传统无痛人工流产术的早孕患者148例为对照组,观察两组手术时间、术中出血量及手术并发症的发生情况。结果两组患者术中均无疼痛,观察组手术时间较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术中出血量及手术并发症均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全程超导可视无痛人工流产术用于早期终止妊娠术中,具有操作简单、直观性强、寻找妊娠囊迅速的优点,克服了常规手术的盲目性,减少术中宫腔的操作次数,能及时检测宫腔内的残余物是否吸刮干净,还能检测术后的子宫情况,提高手术的安全性及准确性,最大限度地减少了并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical application of the whole superconducting visual painless abortion

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the whole superconducting visual painless abortion.Methods Chose 150 pregnancy women for the observation group,who volunteered to choose the whole superconducting visual painless abortion,at the same time,148 pregnancy women who choose the traditional painless artificial abortion to stop encyesising for the control group,obsered the operation time,amount of bleeding during the operation and the complication.Results No soreness in two groups during the operation,the operation time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,there was different statistical significance between them（P 0.05）.The amount bleeding and the complication were lower than the control group,had different statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion When have the termination of pregnancy,the whole superconducting visual painless abortion is simple to have an operation,best intuitionism,find the gestation sac fast,get over the eyeless traditional operation,to decrease the operation times in the uterine cavity,can be check the giblets in the uterine cavity in time,which is clear or not,and also can check the circs of the uterus after surgery,to improve the safety and accuracy,the complication decrease a lot,it’s worth to spread and exploitation in clinical.
