某部劳教人员心理健康状况及心理矫治的探究

目的 调查部队劳教人员的心理健康状况.方法 采用SCL-90症状自评量表对98名劳教人员进行心理健康状况调查,并与全国常模进行比较.结果症状自评量表测评结果显示69名（70.41%）部队劳教人员存在心理健康问题,症状自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数及各因子分均显著高于全国常模（P＜0.01）.结论 多数部队劳教人员存在明显心理问题,必须针对其特点,探讨相关心理矫治方法,适时进行心理干预和心理矫治,以提高教育改造和教育挽救质量,确保部队劳教所的安全稳定.

Investigation of Mental Health Status in Prisoners of the Army

Objective To investigate the mental health status in prisoners of the army. Methods Investigations were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90 （ SCL-90 ） in 98 prisoners of the army and compared with national norm. Results According to the SCL-90,69 personnel （ 70.41% ） had psyehoproblems, total and total mean score, numbers of positive items and each factor score were all significantly higher in the personnel than in the national norm （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Prisoners of the army has obvious psychoproblems, timely mental intervetion and treament according to the research on the methods of the psychological modification can effectively improve the standard of educate that transformation and save, can promote the safety of army prison.
