深圳市西丽地区2006～2010年急性卡他性结膜炎的流行病学分析

目的了解西丽地区人群急性卡他性结膜炎最新发病特点,分析流行因素和治疗效果,为今后的急性卡他性结膜炎防治工作提供依据。方法收集2006～2010年深圳市西丽地区急性卡他性结膜炎患者登记本,对登记的患者资料进行统计分析。结果西丽地区人口年平均发病率为70.21/万,2006～2010年发病率逐年递增。年龄别发病率x2=52.21,P〈0.01;各年龄别急性卡他性结膜炎发病有差异,20～30岁年龄段发病最高为32.6%,即青年人为急性卡他性结膜炎发病的主要发病人群;职业以农民工为主,占35.03%;发病季节以春秋季居多,占61.59%。结论西丽地区急性卡他性结膜炎病人以青年农民工为主,深圳市基层急性卡他性结膜炎防治工作的重点应放在广大外来青年农民工上。

Epidemiological analysis of acute catarrhal conjunctivitis in Xili area of Shenzhen city from 2006-2010

Objective To understand the prevalent features of the Xili area in Shenzhen city and provide basis for making control and preventive activities in the future.Methods The registration data of acute catarrhal conjunctivitis cases were collected and analyzed in XiLi area during 2006-2010.Results The incidence of acute catarrhal conjunctivitis in Xili area was 70.21/10000,showing an increasing trend year after year since 2006,The incidence in various age groups were diferent（x 2 =52.21,P 0.01）,being the highest（32.6%）in the age group of 20-30 years;The young men were the main population. The infections mainly occurred in immigrant workers （35.03%）,and 61.59% of the infections were happened in the spring and autumn seasons.Conclusion The acute catarrhal conjunctivitis is mainly prevalent among young-aged immigrant workers.The Control of acute catarrhal conjunctivitis at grass-roots level of Xili area of Shenzhen city should be targeted at the immigrant workers.
