| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护十在临床用药、管药中的责任,以及如何提高临床疗效和防止医疗差错。方法通过自身的临床体会、经验及学术资料总结,阐述临床护士在临床用药、临床监管药时应具备的责任。结果经验和体会及资料的总结,可形成完善的管理制度,全面提高临床护理管理质量。结论临床护士不仅要有过硬的护理技术,还必须具备临床知识和临床药学知识及高度的责任心和一丝不苟的敬业精神,才能在临床上尽到用好药、管好药的责任。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the responsibilities of nurse in clinical drug therapy and how to imprave the curalive effect and prevent medical mistakes.Methods Through clinical experience and academic data, expand on the responsibilities of clinical nurse.Results According to experience, understanding and material summary, Ihey can form the perfect management syslem, improve the qualily of clinical nursing management. Conclusion Clinical nurse should have the perfeet nursing technique, the clinical knowledge, clinical pharmaceutical knowledge, high responsibilities, and meticulous professionalism, then they can do the work well. |
