肝癌根治术联合阿德福韦酯对原发性肝癌根治术后的复发转移和生存期的影响

目的研究肝癌根治术联合阿德福韦酯对原发性肝癌根治术后的复发转移和生存期的影响。方法 80例原发性肝癌患者术后均经病理学确诊。根据肝癌根治术后是否服用阿德福韦酯随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,比较两组患者的复发转移和生存期情况。结果观察组患者术后2年的肝内复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者术后1年、2年内生存率分别比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者平均复发或转移时间、中位生存期比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论肝癌根治术联合阿德福韦酯疗效确切,能降低肝癌的复发率,明显改善患者患者肝功能和病毒学指标,延长患者的生存期。

Effect of Liver Resection Combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil for Hepatocellular Carcinoma Recurrence and Metastasis and Survival Time after Radical Resection

Objective To study the effect of liver resection combined with adefovir dipivoxil for hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence and metastasis and survival time after radical resection.Methods According to whether taking adefovir dipivoxil after radical operation,80 patients who were confirmed primary liver cancer by pathology were randomly divided into two groups.Every group 40 cases,the two groups were compared recurrence and survival of the situation.Results The 2-year postoperative intrahepatic recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significan（tP 0.05）.Postoperative 1 year,2 years survival rates were compared,the difference was significan（tP 0.05）.The mean recurrence or metastasis,and time,the median survival of the observed group,compared with the control group,the difference was significan（t P 0.05）.Conclusion Liver resection combined with adefovir dipivoxil is effective,can reduce the recurrence rate of liver cancer,significant improve the liver function and virological indicators,extended survival of patients.
