低分子肝素钙联合冠心宁注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛

目的　观察低分子肝素钙联合冠心宁治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法　 83例不稳定型心绞痛随机分为治疗组 4 2例 ,对照组 4 1例 ,2组均口服消心痛、阿斯匹林、倍他乐克等常规药物 ,对照组加用丹参 30mL静滴 ,1次 /d ;治疗组加用低分子肝素钙 5 0 0 0U皮下注射 ,1次 / 12h ,冠心宁注射液 30mL静滴 ,1次/d。 2组均以 1周为 1个疗程 ,治疗结束后判定疗效。结果　治疗后疗效治疗组有效率 97 6 % ,对照组6 3 4 % ;心电图疗效治疗组 76 2 % ,对照组 5 1 2 % ;2组比较均有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )

Treatment of Unstable Angina with Low Molecular Heparin Calcium Combined with Guanxinnin Injection

Objective To observe the curative effect on treatment of unstable angina with low molecular heparin calcium (LMHC) combined with Guanxinnin injection. Methods 83 cases of unstable angina patient were divided into therapy group 42 cases and control group 41 cases randomly. On the routine therapy with nitroglycerine, aspirin and betaloc, the Danshen injection was taken in control group 30ml per day and LMHC 5000u injected subcutaneously every 12 hours and Guanxinning 30ml/d in therapy group. 1 week was taken as a course and the curative effect was assessed. Results The curative effect rate were 97.6% in therapy group and 63.4% in control group. The ECG effect rate were 76.2% in therapy group and 51.2% in control group. There was significant difference between 2 groups.
