卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭临床观察

目的 探讨卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病（DCM）心力衰竭临床效果。方法 EK2M心力衰竭患者46例随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用卡维地洛。结果观察组总有效率为87．0％．明显高于对照组的56．5％．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。使用卡维地洛组患者在用药后，心脏缩小，心功能改善，超声心动图指标均有明显改善。结论 采用卡维地洛治疗扩张型心肌病心衰提高了左室射血分数，缩小左室内径．延长患者的寿命。

Effect of carvedilol treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failure dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To investigate the effect of carvedilol treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failur eclinical effect.Methods 46 patients with DCM patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into the observed group and the control group.Conventional therapy was used in the control group and the observed group.Besides,carvedilol was used in the observed group.Results The total efficiency of 87.0 % in the observed group,significantly higher than 56.5% in the control group.There were significant differences between the two group(P<0.05).Effect of carvedilol in patients with the use of medication,the heart narrow,improve cardiac func- tion and echocardiography parameters were significantly improved.Conclusion The effect of carvedilol treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy with heart failur improves the left ventricular ejectaction fraction,left ventricular diameter narrowing,prolong the patient's life.
