北京市昌平区高氟村改水降氟效果评价及居民知信行情况调查

目的了解北京市昌平区高氟村改水降氟工程的实施效果以及对当地居民进行地方性氟中毒情况的知晓率调查，同时对当地居民进行饮水健康宣传。方法对当地居民的不同籍贯、居住时间、文化程度等采用了随机问卷调查；采集当地居民末梢饮用水样检验。结果所调查的4个村均已完成改用外来低氟水的改水工程，并已将新水投入使用，当地居民的问卷知晓情况及格率为47．62％，及格率与被调查人群不同籍贯、文化程度、居住时间有关。结论调查地区改水降氟工程取得了一定效果，彻底解决了居民末梢饮用水水氟含量高的问题。调查地区村民对于饮水健康知识的了解并不高，应加强对当地居民饮水健康教育的宣传。

Evaluation of the Defluoridation Effect in the Hish Fluoride Villages of Changping District in Beijing

Objective] To learn the defluoridation effect in the high fluoride villages in Changping District of Beijing, investigate the witting of local fluoride poisonings among the local residents and deliver public health education among the local residents. Methods] Random questionnaire survey was carried out among the local residents on the native places, residential length and education background of the local residents; samples were collected from the local drinking water. Results] All the 4 investigated villages had completed the defluoridation project and the new drinking water had been already put into use; the passing rate of the questionnaire was 47.62%, which was proved to be correlated with the native places, education background and the residential length. Conclusion] The defluoridation project was proved to be effective; it has solved the high fluoride problem in the local drinking water; the. witting rate of the drinking water health was not high, thus health education should be emphasized among the local residents.
