司法精神医学鉴定536例分析

目的　总结分析精神医学司法鉴定案例中精神障碍诊断及责任能力评定现状。方法　运用分类统计法对近 4年本院鉴定的 5 36案例资料进行总结分析。结果　 5 36案例中诊断有各类精神障碍 499例 (93 1% ) ,其中无责任能力 35 4例 (6 6 0 4% )、部分责任能力 85例 (15 86 % )、有责任能力 97例 (18 10 % )。结论　所送鉴定案例中确有精神障碍者比较多 ;三分法的运用 ,对于责任能力评定更趋科学合理。

Analysis of 536 Cases in Forensic Psychiatric Evaluation

Objective Summarize and analyze the diagnosis of mental disorders as well as the evaluation of responsibility in forensic psychiatric evaluation. Methods 536 cases for forensic psychiatric evalation in the last four years were sdudied by the method of classified statistics. Results Of the group of 536, 499 cases (93.01%) were diagnosed as mental disorders. Among them 354 cases (66.04%) were considered as not being responsible, 85 cases (15.86%) were partially responsible and 97 cases (18.10%) were responsible. Conclusion The propertion of the cases with mental disorders in forensic psychiatric evaluation was high and the 3-classified method made the evaluation of responsibility more rational.
