胆红素与维生素E对糖尿病大鼠肝及胰组织中NO和NOS的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨胆红素(bilirubin,BR)和维生素E(VitE)对糖尿病大鼠肝、胰组织中NO含量和NOS(nitric oxide synthase)活性的影响。方法:对用链脲佐霉素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱发的糖尿病大鼠持续4周给予BR、VitE或BR+VitE后,用硝酸还原酶法测定肝、胰组织中NO含量和NOS活性。结果:在肝、胰组织中,正常对照组NO含量最低,BR组、VitE组和BR+VitE组的NO水平显著低于糖尿病组(P<0.05);各组大鼠胰组织中的NO含量显著高于肝组织。结论:BR和VitE均可显著降低这两个组织中的NO水平和NOS活性,减轻糖尿病大鼠的自由基损伤。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of bilirubin and Vitamin E(VitE) on nitric oxide (NO) content and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in liver and pancreas of diabetic rats. Methods NO content in tissue was determined with nitrate reductase method after supplemention of bilirubin and VitE to diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin. Results Compared with the control group, NO content significantly decreased after the addition of antioxidant. Conclusion Bilirubin and VitE can protect diabetic rats from oxidative injury by decreasing NO cotent and NOS activity in liver and pancreas.
