| 摘 要： | 目的：评价CT对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析45例经临床诊断并行CT平扫及增强检查的急性胰腺炎的表现。结果：急性水肿性胰腺炎31例（68．9％），2例胰腺无明显异常，1例胰头增大，2例胰体增大，1例胰尾增大，25例弥漫性增大；急性出血坏死性胰腺炎14例（31％），表现为胰腺密度不均，胰周积液8例，胰周脓肿2例，6例有假性囊肿形成。结论：CT检查有助于急性胰腺炎的诊断，并能明确有无并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT in acute pancreatitis. Methods: CT features of 45 cases with acute pancreatitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results:31(68.8%)of all cases revealed acute edematous pancreatitis. CT revealed diffuse pancreas enlargement in 25 cases. 1case was showed enlargement of the pancreas head,2cases pancreas body,1case pancreas tail.
