| 摘 要： | 目的：评价高血压病坟病左室肥厚伴胸痛与冠心病的关系。方法：回顾性分析72例疑诊为冠心病的高血压伴胸痛患者的超声心动图（UCG）和冠状动脉造影（CAG）结果，比较高血压病左室肥厚组（LVH）与无左室肥厚组（NLVH）的CAG阳性率。结果：高血压伴胸痛患者CAG显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：该类患者确诊冠心病尚需进行冠状动脉造影。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the relationship between hypertensions with chest pain and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and coronary herat disease(CHD).Methods Echocardiography and coronary angiography(CAG) data of 72 cases of hypertensions with chest pain diagnosed as CHD were analyzed in retrospect.Positive rate of CAG was compared between hypertensions with LVH and non left ventricular hypertrophy(NLVH).Results Positive rate of CAG was 38.9% in hypertensions with chest pain,37.1% with LVH and 40.5% with NLVH, respectively.There was no significant difference in the two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Coronary angiography is still essential to diagnose CHD. |
