急性心肌梗死患者血小板活化分子标记物血小板激活复合物1及CD62p与纤维蛋白原的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血小板活化分子标记物血小板激活复合物1(PAC-1)、CD62p的变化及其与纤维蛋白原(Fg)的关系.方法 用三色全血流式细胞术测定36例AMI患者(AMI组)外周血中血小板PAC-1、CD62p的表达水平,并检测患者Fg水平,与32例健康体检者(健康对照组)的相关项目进行比较.结果 AMI组PAC-1、CD62p、Fg均高于健康对照组(79.53±11.23)%比(47.02±5.98)%,(44.76±6.85)%比(29.13±4.38)%,(4.72±0.98)g/L比(3.38±0.48)g/L,P<0.01].AMI组PAC-1与Fg呈正相关(r=0.56,P<0.01),CD62p与Fg呈正相关(r=0.42,P<0.05).结论 AMI患者血清Fg增加、血小板明显活化,其血小板活化程度与Fg关系密切.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation among platelet membrane glucoproteins ( PAC-1,CD62p) and fibrinogen( Fg) in patients with acute myocardial infarction( AMI). Methods Subjects were divided into 2 groups (36 patients with AMI, 32 cases of healthy subjects). Positive rates of PAC-1 and P-selectin were measured with tricolor flow cytometry. Fg levels were measured by nephelometry and turbidimetry in patients and normal controls. Results Compared with healthy group, Fg levels and the expressions of both PAC-1, CD62p were increased significantly in patients with coronary artery disease (79.53 ±11.23)% vs (47.02 ±5.98)% , (44.76 ± 6.85)% vs (29. 13 ±4.38)%, (4.72 ±0.98)g/Lvs (3.38 ±0.48)g/L, P<0.01]. There is a positive correlation between the PAC-1, CD62p and Fg in patients with coronary artery disease. Conclusions The platelet in patients with AMI is at the overactivated state. Fg is involved in coronary artery disease. There is a relation between platelet activation and Fg in patients with AMI.
