| Abstract: | To hand over the meanings, characteristics and fanctions of hospital culture in the view point of hospital management is favorable to seize it's intention and role. Through ease analysis it is easy to understand the fundamental experience and strategy of culture construction of civilian-run hospital. In the same time make some proposal and suggestion to civilian-run hospital according to its fundamental principles. |
