摘    要:目的 为了对不同血细胞分析仪结果进行比对和质量控制。方法 每天随机选取高中、低值病人8例,共分析6d。先将NE-1500与手工法计数比对,再以NE-1500评价本室其他5台血细胞分析仪结果「WBC、RBC、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞比积(HCT)」,同时还用新鲜全血对各台血细胞分析仪进行质控「WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、平均红细胞容积(MCV)、血小板(PLT)」。结果 新鲜全血的质控结果显示

Abstract:Objective To compare the results obtained from different hematology analyzers and set up quality control program for complete blood analysis. Method Eight samples of daily whole blood of high, normal and low level values in patients were collected and analysed for six days. NE 1500 was compared with manual analysis of WBC, RBC, HGB and HCT. NE 1500 was used as a reference analyzer to evaluate the other five hematology analyzers with the same four indicators. Fresh blood was used to calibrate all the six analyzers with WBC, RBC, HGB, HCT, MCV and PLT. Results The coefficient of variance ( CV ) of all the indicators but PLT was smaller than 5%. The CV of PLT was about 10%. The relationship between the results of NE 1500 and manual count was close ( r >0 975). COULTER ONYX, CD 1600(1) and NE 1500 demonstrated a good correlation ( r >0 975); CD 1600(2) and NE 1500 had some discrepancies in results. But HGB and HCT were good ( r >0 975), and the other two, WBC and RBC, had significant discrepancies ( r <0 975). F 820 and NE 1500 showed poor agreement in their results, but one indicator showed a good correlation ( r >0 975), the rest were poor ( r <0 975). Conclusion It is important for laboratories to compare the results of all the different hematology analyzers and to carry out quality control for results of hematology analyzers with fresh blood every day, which is also necessary to ensure the accuracy and precision of the results.
