摘    要:目的了解我院抗菌药物应用及细菌耐药情况,通报我院2011~2012年度细菌耐药监测结果,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法对我院2011~2012年度细菌对抗生素耐药数量,种类及耐药率范围进行统计分析。结果在临床比较常见的致病菌中,对β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药率普遍较高,同期临床分离菌以大肠埃希菌,克雷伯菌属和葡萄球菌为主,这些致病菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素均产生不同程度的耐药,以氨苄西林耐药的检出比率结果最为明显。结论需引起重视。药物的抗药性会影响临床治疗,所以建立一个完善的临床细菌耐药监测制度,有利于避开细菌的耐药机制,指导合理用药。值得临床注意

Abstract:Objective To investigate the use of antibacterials in our hospital and the resistant rates of bacteria in our hospital, about 2011-2012 year bacterial resistance surveillance results, for clinical rational use of antibacterial drugs to provide reference, Methods The hospital 2011-2012 year to antibiotic resistance quantity, species and drug resistance rate of statistical analysis. Results In clinical common pathogenic bacteria, the beta lactam antibiotic resistant of the generally high, while clinical isolated bacteria in escheriehia coli, clay bacteria genera and staphylococcus give priority to, these pathogenic bacteria to beta lactam antibiotic are produce different degree of resistance to ampicillin resistance detection rate most obvious results. Conclusion The need to pay attention. The incidence of drug resistance will affect clinical treatment, so to establish a perfect clinical bacteria resistance monitoring system, to avoid the bacterial drug resistance mechanism, guiding rational drug use.
