摘    要:目的应用传动直丝弓矫治技术矫治Ⅲ类错畸形,观察患者颅面型的改变,探讨传动直丝弓矫治技术治疗Ⅲ类错畸形的特点以及存在的问题。方法选择11例Ⅲ类错畸形患者进行传动直丝弓矫治技术的矫治,对矫治前后的X线头影进行测量并比较。结果矫治后ANB角、Wits值明显减小(P<0.05),上下唇突点到SnPg’平面的距离明显减小(P<0.05),面型明显改善。结论传动直丝弓矫治技术使用持续轻力快速倾斜移动牙齿,软硬组织同时发生变化。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the craniofacial and occlusal changes of Class III cases treated with Transmission straightwire technique. Methods eleven Class III patients were treated with transmission straightwire technique+ Cephalometric analysis was perform to evaluate the changes before and after treatment. Resulls After teatment, ANB and wits was significantly smaller than before (P〈0.05), the distants of the upper lip and lower lip to SnPg' was significantly smaller than before too (P〈0.01). A remarkable craniofacial change was noted after treatment. Conclusions With transmission straightwire technique and light continuous force, teeth could tipped distally and lingually quickly. The hard and soft tissues changed accordingly.
