中老年神经根型颈椎病患者的运动疗法康复效果观察

目的探讨中老年神经根型颈椎病患者的运动疗法康复效果。方法 92例中老年神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予西药治疗和按摩治疗,观察组加用运动疗法。结果治疗后观察组和对照组均有显著性康复,生活能力均有显著性提高(均P<0.01),但观察组康复效果和生活能力均显著好于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论在西药和按摩治疗的基础上,辅助应用运动疗法,可提高治疗效果,值得临床考虑。

The Rehabilitation Effects of Kinesitherapy Used for Quinquagenarian Patients with Nerve-root Type Cervical Spondylosis

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effects of kinesitherapy used for quinquagenarian patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis. Methods 92 cases of quinquagenarian patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into observational group and control group. Two groups were given medicine and massage therapy, the kinesitherapy was added to observational group. Results After therapy, there was significant rehabilitation in two group, and the life function enhanced significantly, too （all P〈0.01）, but the rehabilitation effects and life function in observational group are significantly better than that in control group （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion On base of medicine and massage therapy, giving kinesitherapy, can enhance clinical effect, so it deserved in clinical work.
