奥美拉唑治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道大出血不同剂量的对比分析

目的观察研究治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道大出血患者采用奥美拉唑不同剂量的疗效和安全性。方法以2010年4月至2012年11月我院消化内科收治的急性非静脉曲张性上消化道大出血患者70例为研究对象,使用抽签法随机分为两组,两组患者均给予奥美拉唑治疗,其中对照组每日80mg,实验组给予大剂量奥美拉唑,首次静脉推注80mg后以8mg/h持续给药,对比观察疗效。结果实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;实验组患者止血时间短,其输血量减少,与对照组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论使用大剂量奥美拉唑对急性非静脉曲张性上消化道大出血患者进行治疗的效果较好,可以缩短患者出血时间,值得应用。

Comparative Analysis of Different Doses of Omeprazole Treatment of Acute Non-variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective Observational study treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with the efficacy and safety of different doses of omeprazole. Methods 70 patients to our hospital from April 2010 to November 2012, gastroenterology admitted with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding, were randomly divided into two groups for the study, two groups of patients were given omeprazole treatment, including daily 80mg, control group, the experimental group was given high-dose omeprazole 8mg/h sustained delivery of intravenous bolus of 80mg, contrast effects were observed for the first time. Results The experimental group patient outcomes than the control group patients （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant; experimental group patients stop bleeding time, decrease in blood transfusion, compared with the control group （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of high-dose omeprazole treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients better, you can shorten the bleeding time of patients, it is worth the application.
