某市现阶段健康人群麻疹免疫水平的研究

目的了解现阶段健康人群麻疹血清抗体水平,分析不同人群麻疹抗体水平与发病之间的联系,探讨麻疹防控工作的重点人群,为进一步控制和消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法采用横断面血清流行病学研究的方法,分析现阶段健康人群麻疹IgG抗体阳性率和抗体水平。结果 2011年聊城市共成功调查检测健康人群387例,血清麻疹IgG抗体阳性人数为379例,阳性率为97.93%,IgG抗体GMT为1651.98,SD为3.09。不同年龄组间抗体阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),<2岁和15~39岁年龄组麻疹抗体阳性率和GMT偏低;不同县市区组间抗体阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),茌平县高于其他县市区;不同性别组间抗体阳性率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论聊城市现阶段健康人群麻疹抗体处于较高水平;<2岁和15~39岁年龄组为麻疹防控的重点人群;应制定切实可行的综合性麻疹防控策略。

Study on the Immunization Level of Measles of General Groups in a City

Objective The goal of the study is to learn about the serum antibody level of population in Liaocheng city, and to observe the correlations between the serum anti-body level and the incidence rate, so as to develop the immune prevention and control aiming the high risk population. Methods Apply serological survey to test measles IgG antibody of general group. Results There are a total of 387 cases, in which 379 cases are positive. The measles antibody positive rate of the population is 97.93%. Serum antibodies for measles gG GMT is 1651.98, SD is 3.09.The antibody positive rate among quarters and age groups were significantly different （P〈0.05）. The positive rate of antibody of measles IgG and GMT in 〈 2 and 15-39 age groups was lower than that of other age groups. Conclusions The level of measles antibody was much higher in present healthy people in Liaochenge city. 〈2 and 15-39 age groups was lower than that of other age groups, which should be strengthened of the protection. We should make comprehensive prevention and control strategy of measles in order to improve the level of protective antibody.
