小剂量布比卡因腰麻在老年人无张力疝修补术中的应用

目的探讨小伎俩布比卡因腰麻对老年人无张力疝修补术患者的影响。方法对本院2011年4月至2012年11月收治的55例实施无张力疝修补术的老年患者给予小剂量布比卡因腰麻,观察患者麻醉前、麻醉后5min、麻醉后10min、麻醉后15min、麻醉后30min和术毕时血压(BP)、心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化情况。结果麻醉后血压及心率下降明显,其中,6例患者使用阿托品,10例患者使用麻黄碱。患者麻醉后5min、麻醉后10min、麻醉后15min和麻醉后30min时的DBP、SBP、HR均低于麻醉前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术毕后与麻醉前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。麻醉前后患者的脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量布比卡因腰麻在老年人无张力疝修补术中的效果较佳。

The Application of Small Dose of Bupivacaine in the Elderly Lumbar Hemp with Tension-free Herniorrhaphy

Objective To study the influence of small dose of bupivacaine in the elderly lumbar hemp with tension-free hemiorrhaphy. Methods From April 2011 to November 2012, 55 cases elderly patients who were with tension-free hemiorrhaphy to with small dose of bupivacaine lumbar hemp, before anesthesia after anesthesia, 5 rain after anesthesia, 10 min after anesthesia, 15 rain after anesthesia, 30 rain and operation when you blood pressure （BP） and heart rate （HR）, pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2） changes were observed. Results The blood pressure and heart rate after anesthesia down significantly, among them, 6 patients used atropine, 10 patients used ephedrine. Patients after anesthesia 5 min after anesthesia, 10 rain after anesthesia, 15 min and anesthesia 30 rain after the DBP, SBP, HR were lower than those before anesthesia, their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the operation and finish before anesthesia comparison, the difference was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The patient＇s pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2） changed before and after anesthesia was not obvious, the difference was no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The effect of small dose of bupivacaine in the elderly lumbar hemp tension-free herniorrhaphy is better.
