舒利迭治疗哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效分析

目的比较舒利迭治疗哮喘及慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法随机分别选取2010年3月至2012年7月在我院呼吸内科治疗的支气管哮喘和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的患者各175例,分别作为哮喘组和肺疾病组,两组患者均予对症常规治疗的同时,吸入舒利迭治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果经舒利迭吸入治疗后,两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF及PaO2数值明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),PaCO2明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且哮喘组临床疗效更加显著(P<0.05)。结论相比慢性阻塞性肺疾病,舒利迭能更有效的改善哮喘临床症状。

The Analysis of Seretide of the Curative Effect in the Treatment of Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To compare the curative effect in the treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method Selected randomly 175 cases from March 2010 to July 2012 in our hospital respiratory medicine treatment of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, as the asthma group and the pulmonary disease group respectively, when the two groups of patients were in the conventional treatment, all use the seretide to treat,compared .with the two groups of clinical curative effect. Result After the use of seretide, the two groups of patients about FEV1, FEV1/FVC, PEF and PaO2 numerical were higher than before treatment obviously （P〈0.05）, PaCO2 was lower（P〈0.05）, and asthma group of clinical curative effect were more significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compare with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, seretide can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of asthma.
