卵巢癌腹腔化疗并发症分析

目的　研究分析卵巢癌三种腹腔化疗方法的并发症。方法　对 198例卵巢癌进行腹腔化疗 ,其中所采用保留导管腹腔化疗法 65例 ,皮下埋置腹腔化疗泵化疗法 17例 ,单次腹腔穿刺腹腔化疗法 116例。结果　三种化疗法其感染率为2 1 5 % ,5 9% ,0 % ;导管堵塞率为 12 3 % ,17 6% ,0 % ;腹壁渗液率为 0 % ,0 % ,2 6% ;刺入肠管率为 0 % ,0 % ,1 7%。经统计单次腹腔化疗法感染率及导管堵塞率明显低于其他二组 ,有显著差别 ,而腹壁渗液率及刺入肠管率的发生无显著差别。结论　单次腹腔化疗法安全 ,简便 ,并发症少。

Clinical Study of Complications of Laparochemotherapy of Ovary Cancer

Objetive To analyse the complications of laparochemotherapy in three different ways.Methods Laparochemotherapy was given to 198 cases with ovary cancer, 65 cases in preserving catheter,17 cases in embedding hypodermic chemotherapeutic pump, 116 cases in single abdominocentesis. Results Infective rates were 21 5%,5 9% and 0% Jamming rates of duct were 12 3%, 17 6% and 0% 0ozing rates in abdominal wall were 0%, 0%, 2 6%. And the rates in puncturing into intestinal tube were 0%, 0%, and 1.7%. Less infective cases and duct jamming cases were observed in single abdominocentesis arm than those in two other arms. There was significant difference between them. There were no significant difference in oozing rates Conclusions Single abdominocentesis chemotherapy was safe and simple and less complications was observed.
