| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骶管麻醉复合丙泊酚用于小儿麻醉的疗效和安全性。方法68例患儿随机分成两组，骶管麻醉组（A组，n=34）和氯胺酮组（B组，n=34），A组应用骶管麻醉复合丙泊酚全麻，B组应用氯胺酮全麻。于麻醉前、切皮、术中、术毕记录其血压（BP）、心率（HR）、呼吸频率（RR）、血氧饱和度（SpO2），并比较两组苏醒时间。结果基础麻醉后和术中两组的BP、HR、RR差异有统计学意义，A组明显低于B组（P〈0．01），而A组SpO2高于B组（P〈0．01）。苏醒时间也短于B组（P〈0．01）。结论骶管麻醉复合丙泊酚的方法简单实用、疗效确切、麻醉用药少、苏醒时间短、安全可靠，在小儿腹部以下手术中是一种较理想的麻醉方法。
