| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区护士继续教育的现状，分析所存在问题的原因，并提出应对措施。方法采用分层随机抽样，抽取太原市6个城区51个社区卫生服务中心（站）的336名护士进行问卷调查，同时对在社区卫生服务机构工作的5名护理管理人员进行访谈。结果正在进行高层次学历教育的人数占23．8％，参加岗前培训、岗位培训、学术活动等非学历性继续教育的人数均低于所调查人数的50％。结论社区护士继续教育的现状有待改善；社区护士继续教育的管理应规范化、制度化。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the present situation of continuing education among community nurses,and discuss the relevant measures. Methods According to stratified sampling,336 nurses were investigated from 51 community heahh service institutions of 6 urban districts in Taiyuan. At the same time ,five nurse administrators were interviewed ,who worked in the community health service institutions. Results Only 23.8% of nurses were taking undergraduates in Adult HEIs. Less than 50% of nurses took part in nursing continuing education of other training ways. Conclusions The present situation of continuing education should be improved. A full-fledged administrant system should be made. |
