青霉素粉联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效

目的探讨青霉素粉联合聚维酮碘软膏治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法随机选择我院89例糖尿病足病人，随机分为两组。对照组43例患者仅给予常规清创、湿敷和无菌纱布包扎等处理，治疗组46例在对照组基础上给予青霉素粉和聚维酮碘软膏均匀涂擦，无菌纱布覆盖创面，比较两组临床疗效和复发情况。结果治疗组的临床疗效明显提高，总有效率为95．65％，明显高于对照组（74．42％），差异有统计学意义（x2=5．78，P〈0．05），治疗组患者足部溃疡灶愈合速度明显加快，开始出现上皮化时间和治愈时间分别为（4．17±1．06）d和（6.31±1．12）d，显著短于对照组；踝肱指数为1．34±0．32，明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。随访6—18个月治疗组复发率为6．52％（3／46），对照组为6．98％（3／43），无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论在常规治疗和护理基础上，使用青霉素粉联合聚维酮碘软膏处理糖尿病足，可显著提高临床疗效，缩短伤口愈合时间，改善生活质量，值得临床推广使用。

Effect of penicillin powder and povidone iodine ointment in the treatment of diabetic foot

Objective To discuss effect of penicillin powder and povidone iodine ointment in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods A total of 89 patients of diabetic foot were divided into two groups randomly. Patients in control group （n=43） were given conventional treatment while the treatment group （n=46） were given penicillin powder and povidone iodine ointment. Then the effect were compared between them. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 95.65%. The two groups in clinical curative effect had significant difference （P〈0.05）. And the epithelialization time and healing time were （4.17＋1.06） d and （6.31＋1.12） d, both of them were significant lower than control group （P〈 0.05）. The back ankle brachial index was also significant higher than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Penicillin powder combined with povidone iodine ointment can improve the clinical curative effect, shorten the healing time, im- prove the quality of life exactly, it is worthy of clinic application.
