LASIK术中两种不同模式治疗中高度近视散光的疗效比较

目的LASIK术中两种模式治疗中高度近视散光疗效比较。方法中高度近视散光90例，分为个体化组和传统组各45例。传统组采用常规LASIK程序；个体化组采用个体化程序。结果术前，两组患者裸眼视力、球镜、柱镜检查情况基本一致（P〉0．05）。术后3个月，两组裸眼视力、球镜改善情况基本相似（P〉0．05），但个体化组的柱镜改善较传统组更明显（t=2．50，P〈0．05）。总体高阶像、慧差及差球，术前两组基本一致（P〉0．05），术后3个月个体化组均优于传统组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论LASIK术中采用虹膜定位的个体化修正技术治疗中高度近视散光疗效更确切。

Comparison of efficacy of two different modes in treating moderate and high myopic astigmatism in LASIK surgery

Objective To compare efficacies of two different modes in LASIK surgery in the treatment of moderate and high myopia astigmatism. Methods A total of 90 patients with moderate to high myopia astigmatism were randomly di- vided into the individualized LASIK group （individualized group） and traditional LASIK group （conventional group） using a number table. There were 45 patients in each group. In the traditional group, conventional LASIK surgery procedures were performed; while in the individualized group, individualized treatment program settings were used in the surgery, degree of eyeball rotation and offset amplitude of pupil center image of patient were tracked using laser in the surgery, and parameter compensations were conducted automatically after being calculated with a computer. Re- suits Before surgery, results of naked vision test, spherical and cylindrical endoscopy of the patients in the two groups were basically consistent （/%0.05）. Three months after surgery, naked vision and sphere improvement of two groups were substantially similar （/%0.05）, but the cylinder inspection found that the improvement of cylinder lens of individual- ized group was more obvious than that of the traditional group （t = 2.50, P〈0.05）. When the diameter of their pupils was 6 ram, the total higher order aberrations, the coma-like aberration and the spherical aberration of the patients in the two groups were similar （/%0.05）; while such values in the individualized group increased significantly three months af- ter surgery compared with those of the traditional group（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with high myopia astigmatism in LASIK surgical treatment, postoperative vision and visual quality can be improved more significantly applying iris location of individualized correction techniques, being worthy of clinical application.
