术前三维可视化虚拟在发育性髋关节发育不良手术中的临床价值

目的 术前三维可视化虚拟在发育性髋关节发育不良手术中的临床价值.方法 根据术前是否行三维可视化虚拟将发育性髋关节发育不良患者分为观察组和对照组,比较两组患者治疗后疗效、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和患者满意率的差异.结果 观察组发育性髋关节发育不良患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）.满意率和Harris髋关节功能评分优良率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 术前三维可视化虚拟可提高发育性髋关节发育不良患者手术疗效,减少手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间,值得在临床上广泛应用.

Clinical significance of preoperative 3D virtual visualization in the therapy of developmental hip dysplasia

Objective To study the clinical significances of preoperative 3D virtual visualization in the therapy of de- velopmental hip dysplasia. Methods Cases with developmental hip dysplasia were divided into observation group and control group according to their preoperative reconstruction. The curative effects, operation time, bleeding volume, hos- pitalization time and satisfaction rate were compared. Results The operation time, bleeding volume and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly lower than in control group （/9 〈 0.05）, while the satisfaction rate and cu- rative effects were higher （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative 3D virtual visualization in the therapy of developmental hip dysplasia could significantly promote the curative effects and decrease the operation time, bleeding volume, hospi- talization time, which should be spread widely in clinicas.
