氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对改善不稳定型心绞痛的作用研究

目的观察氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2012年1月在我院住院治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者46例，随机分为观察组和对照组各23例，两组均予硝酸酯类、钙拮抗剂和调脂药等常规治疗，观察组同时加用氯吡格雷（波立维）75mg口服，每日1次，阿司匹林肠溶片100mg，口服，每日1次；对照组加用阿司匹林肠溶片，用法同前。3个月后比较两组的疗效及两组患者的心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛平均发作持续时间、不良反应。结果治疗3个月后，观察组的总有效率达91．3％，明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（X^2=6．273，P〈0．05）；观察组患者的心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛平均发作持续时间均明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（t=2．157，t=8．327，P〈0．05）。结论氯毗格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效确切，无明显不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effect of Clopidogrel combined aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina

Objective To explore the effect of Clopidogrel combined aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012,46 cases of unstable angina patients were divided into two groups,two groups were treated nitrates,calcium antagonists, and lipid-lowering drugs and other conventional treatments,the ob- servation group were added clopidogrel 75 mg orally,once daily,aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 rag,orally,once daily; control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets, with the former usage.3 months after treatment, the efficacy and angina frequency, angina average duration of attack, adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 91.3% ,was significantly higher the control group ,the difference was statistically significant（~2=6.273 ,P〈0.05 ）. And the observation group patients with angina attack frequency, the average duration of attack of angina were significantly shorter than the con trol group, the difference was statistically significant （t=2.157 ,t=8.327,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined aspirinin treatment of unstable angina have good effect, have no significant adverse reactions, and it is worthy of clinical application.
