高强度聚焦超声联合全身化疗对结直肠癌肝转移的近期疗效

目的 观察高强度聚焦超声（以下简称HIFU）联合全身化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移的近期疗效.方法 选取结直肠癌肝转移患者103例,随机分为HIFU联合化疗组和常规化疗组.结果 联合化疗组近期有效率为74.0％,常规化疗组近期有效率为54.7％,两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 HIFU联合全身化疗治疗结直肠癌肝转移有更好的近期临床疗效.

The recent curative efficacy of therapy of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with systemic chemotherapy treatment on liver metastasis of colorectal cancer

Objective To observe the recent curative efficacy of therapy of high intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） combined with Systemic chemotherapy treatment on liver metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 103 pa- tients with liver metastasis of colorectal cancer were divided into two groups randomly. Combined chemotherapy group of patients received HIFU combined with systemic chemotherapy and conventional chemotherapy group received sys- temic chemotherapy only. Results Combined chemotherapy group＇s recent effective rate was 74.0% and conventional chemotherapy group was 54.7%. The difference between two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion HI- FU combined with systemic chemotherapy have a better recent curative efficacy in the treatment of the liver metastasis of colorectal cancer.
