肝素钠联合山莨菪碱治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察

目的观察小儿肺炎治疗中肝素钠及山莨菪碱（654—2）治疗哕音难以吸收的疗效,探讨其有效治疗方法。方法2012年1～12月我科将70例哕音难以吸收的肺炎患儿随机分成两组：对照组32例采用抗感染、平喘等综合治疗;观察组38例在普通综合治疗的基础上,早期加肝素钠及后期加山莨菪碱静脉滴注,观察两组小儿的治疗效果及咳嗽症状、哕音消失时间及住院时间。结果观察组的总有效率为92．08％（35／38）,对照组总有效率为56．2％（18／32）,观察组小儿的咳嗽症状、哕音消失时间及住院时间均低于对照组。结论联合肝素钠及山莨菪碱治疗小儿肺炎,可以缩短病程、减少住院时间,是哕音难以吸收的有效治疗方法。

Heparin sodium and scopolamine joint clinical observation on treatment of infantile pneumonia

Objective To observe the treatment effect of pediatric pneumonia added heparin sodium and anisodamine （654-2） then sound hard to absorb the curative effect,discuss the effective treatment methods. Methods Between January 2012 and December 2012, I division will be 70 cases of sound absorption of pneumonia patients were divided into two groups at random, the control group of 32 cases with anti-infection, smooth wheezing （such as comprehen- sive treatment. Observation group 38 examples in general, on the basis of comprehensive treatment plus heparin sodi- um and the late and early mountain scopolamine intravenous drip, observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of chil- dren and cough symptoms, then disappear time and hospital stay. Results Observation group total effective rate was 92.08% （35/38）, control group total effective rate was 56.2% （18/32）, group of pediatric cough, then the sound dis- appear time and hospital stay were lower than the control group. Conclusion Combined with heparin and anisodamine treatment of pediatric pneumonia, can shorten the duration of symptoms, reduced length of hospital stay, and then the sound is hard to absorb the effective method.
