三位一体护理查房模式的应用效果分析

目的探讨“三位一体”模式应用于护理查房的效果。方法将2012年内二科每月2次的护理查房设为实验组，采用医护患“三位一体”模式进行护理查房，与内一科（对照组）采用传统的护理查房模式对比分析两组护理查房的效果。结果实验组在提高患者对病情知晓情况、患者对护理工作满意度、健康教育有效情况、护士专业知识方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论“三位一体”护理查房模式的应用能够提高医疗护理质量和护士的综合素质，减少医疗纠纷，体现优质护理服务，值得临床推广。

Application effect of trinity model in nursing rounds

Objective To explore the effect of trinity model in nursing rounds. Methods The twice a month nursing rounds of the second departent of internal medicine in 2012 were seted as the experimental group,and treated with trinity model in nursing rounds, while the first departent of internal medicine（control group）were treated with tradition- al nursing rounds model, the application effect of the two groups were compared. Results The experimental group were significantly better than the control group in understanding level of patients in disease progress, satisfaction of nursing work, health education, and specialized knowledge of nurses （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of trinity model in nursing rounds can improve the medical care quality and the comprehensive quality of nurses, reduce medical dis- putes, and reflects the quality of nursing service, so it＇s worthy of clinical promotion.
