依那普利叶酸治疗H型高血压的效果分析

目的 探讨分析依那普利叶酸治疗H型高血压的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的80例H型高血压患者的临床资料,分为观察组与对照组,每组40例,两组患者均给予规范化药物治疗,并每天对患者进行查房随访,定期给予患者健康讲座,鼓励患者实施合理的生活方式;观察组额外给予依那普利叶酸片（10 mg/0.8 mg）,每天1次;观察随访3个月,比较两组患者血浆中同型半胱氨酸（homocysteine,Hcy）的水平变化及随访期间心脑血管事件等并发症的发生情况.结果 观察组治疗后动态血压情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）;随访3个月后,观察组血浆中Hcy水平明显下降,而对照组血浆中Hcy的水平无明显变化,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;随访期间观察组心脑血管事件发生率为10.0％,对照组为30.0％,差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.结论 依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床疗效较好,患者发生心脑血管事件等并发症的概率较低,不良反应小,值得临床上推广使用.

Analysis of the curative effect for H-type hypertension by enalapril folic acid

Objective To analyze of the curative effect for H-type Hypertension by Enalapril folic acid. Methods The clinical data of 80 cases with H-type Hypertension in January 2012 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All of them were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group with 40 cases, two groups of patients were treated by standardized drug, the patients were encouraged to implement a reasonable lifestyle; observa- tion group were given an additional enalapril folie acid tablets （10 rag/0.8 rag） once a day; they were followed up for 3 months, the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared, such as plasma homocysteine levels and dur- ing follow-up of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months, the observation group plasma homocysteine levels were significantly decreased, while no significant changes in homocys- teine levels in plasma of patients with the control group, the difference between the two groups with a statistically sig- nificant; follow-up period, the observation group in patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovaseular events, such as the incidence of complications was 10.0%, the incidence of complications such as cardiovascular and eerebrovaseular events for the control group was 30.0%, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of enalapril folic acid tablets in the treatment for H-type hypertension is good, it is low complications rate and less ad- verse effect. It is worth to make more widespread clinical use.
