| 摘 要： | 目的了解武汉地区成人哮喘的过敏原。方法应用北京新华联协和药业有限责任公司提供的29种过敏原，对57例哮喘进行皮肤点刺试验。结果57例哮喘中可检出过敏原者50例，占87．7％，强阳性30例，占52．6％。武汉地区最常见5种过敏原是粉尘螨41（71．9％）]、屋尘螨38（66．7％）]、室内尘土32（56．1％）]、蟑螂25（43．9％）]和梧桐花粉19（33．3％）]。结论武汉地区成人哮喘的发作与过敏原关系密切，尘螨是最常见的过敏原，梧桐花粉是最常见的致敏花粉。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate allergens of adult asthma in Wuhan area. Methods A total of 57 cases of adult asthma were tested by skin prick test. 29 reagents included inhalation group and food group were produced by New Hualian Pharmaceutical Company Limited of Peking Union Hospital. Results The positive rate of skin prick test in adult asthma was 87.7% ,strong positive rate was 52.6%. The most five common allergens were Dermatophagoides farinae, Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, house dust, cockroach and Platanus acerifolia pollen. Conclusion Allergens are closely related with adult asthma in Wuhan area. Dermatophagoides is the most common allergen,while Platanus acerifolia pollen is the most common allergic pollen. |
