| 摘 要： | 糖化血红蛋白精确、稳定地反映了一段时间内人体内血糖的水平，并且其参与了缺血性卒中的发生发展，影响了患者预后，因此糖化血红蛋白可作为缺血性卒中的一项常规监测指标，以指导治疗及预后。本文将从糖化血红蛋白在缺血性卒中的发生发展、诊疗及预后的研究现状进行介绍。

| Abstract: | Glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) is an accurate and stable parameter that relfects glycemic level in human body of certain time. It participates in the progress of ischemic stroke and inlfuences the prognosis of patients. So HbA1c could be taken as a routine monitoring index for ischemic stroke and to guide the treatment and prognosis. This article will introduce the present situation of the HbA1c in the development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the patients with ischemic stroke. |
