缺血性卒中不同亚型的血浆标志物研究进展

      缺血性卒中按照急性卒中治疗低分子肝素试验病因分型法分型分为大动脉粥样硬化型卒中，小动脉闭塞型卒中，心源性栓塞，其他原因的急性卒中和原因未明的卒中。卒中的发病原因复杂，但在临床实践中发现，即使脑血管显像检查和心脏检查完善，仍有部分患者无法做出准确亚型分类。近年来，卒中相关血浆标志物的检测日益增多，本文主要就缺血性卒中不同亚型的血浆标志物的研究进展做一综述，旨在探讨血浆标志物在卒中不同亚型中的变化及其临床应用价值。

Study Progress of Blood Plasma Biomarker of Ischemic Stroke in Different Subtypes

Ischemic stroke is divided into large artery atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (LAA), small artery occlusion type stroke (SAO), cardiac embolism (CE), stroke of other determined etiology (SOE) and stroke of undetermined etiology (SUE) according to the type Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment (TOAST) classification. The aetiological agent of ischemic stroke is complicated. But there are still some patients who can not be made an accurate classiifcation of subtypes even though the cerebral imaging examination and cardiac examination are perfectly in clinical practice. In recent years, the detection of blood plasma biomarker related with stroke is increasing. This article reviews the progress of study on the blood plasma biomarkers in different subtypes of ischemic stroke. In this review, we aim to explore the change of plasma biomarkers in different subtypes of stroke and its value of clinical application.
