| 摘 要： | 目的:观察生精益气汤治疗精液异常不育症的临床疗效。方法:将120例精液异常不育症患者随机分为两组,对照组60例给予口服黄精赞育胶囊治疗;治疗组60例煎服生精益气汤治疗,疗程均为90d。结果:临床总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为83.33%,精液各项参考指标两组治疗后,差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗前后差异有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:生精益气汤治疗精液异常不育症疗效显著,可明显提高精子数量、活力及成活率。

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the effect of the decoction for producing sperm and tonifying qi to treat dysspermia infertility.Method:120 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly.The control was treated in Huangjingzanyu capsules and the treatment in the decoction for producing sperm and tonifying qi.The course of treatment was 90 d.Result:the total effective rate was 86.67% in treatment and 83.33% in control.There was not difference between treatment and control.Conclusion:the decoction for producing sperm and tonifying qi has the significant effect to treat dysspermia infertility and raise the spermatozoa quantity,vigor and survival rate. |
