| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨成人急性髓性白血病 (acutemyloidleucmia ,AML)中p16基因第二外显子的单核苷酸多态性及其在基因诊断中的作用。方法 :用酶切 PCR技术研究 3 1例成人急性髓性白血病及在 8例正常对照中p16第二外显子HapⅡ、SacⅡ和NruⅠ位点表位改变。结果 :在 3 1例成人AML样本及在 8例正常对照中 ,p16的E2 中HapⅡ、NruⅠ、SacⅡ位点都呈现出改变与不改变两种状态。结论 :p16的E2 中HapⅡ、NruⅠ、SacⅡ位点在正常个体与成人AML患者中均存在个体差异性 ,将成为成人AML再分型诊断的依据

| Abstract: | Objective: To provide cSNP loci related to adult acute myeloid leukemia(AML),and to provide theoretically diagnostic references of gene for adult AML Methods: We detected epigene's change situation of p16 genes E 2 in adult AML with the methylation sensitive and non sensitive restriction endonuclear enzymes and regular PCR techniques Then analyze the results applying software SPSS10 Results: Both SacII and NruI of p16 E 2 in normal people and all HapII、SacII and NruI of p16 E 2 in adult AML patients have two status:epigene's change and non epigene's change Conclusion: HapⅡ、SacⅡ and NruⅠ of p16 E 2 have different epigene's change in normal people and in adult AML patient,being the potential cSNP loci related to individual diversities and being the cSNP loci related to adult AML This information can be evidence of making sub-styles in adult AML diagnosis |
