摘    要:全维教学督导是基于全面质量管理、持续质量改进等现代管理理论的教学管理理念,是院校内部教学质量保证体系建设的重要组成部分。对教学工作实施全方位、全过程、全要素的经常性监督、检查、评估和指导,是促进院校全面、协调、可持续发展的重要保证。

Abstract:Full-dimensional teaching supervision is a teaching management conception based on overall quality management, constant quality improvement and other modem management theories, and it is an important component of internal teaching quality guarantee system. Providing regular teaching supervision, inspection, evaluation and guidance which involve all dimensions, process and elements are an important guarante to promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of universities and colleges.
