| 摘 要： | 目的 观察布病灵胶囊治疗慢性布鲁杆菌病的临床疗效.方法 将241例慢性布鲁杆菌病患者随机分为2组.治疗组114例予布病灵胶囊口服治疗,对照组127例予强力霉素加利福平口服治疗.2组均21 d为1个疗程,3～4个疗程后观察疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率100%;对照组总有效率50.39%.2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 布病灵胶囊对慢性布鲁杆菌病有较好的疗效. |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bubingling capsule on the treatment of chronic brucellosis. Methods 241 patients with chronic brucellosis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patient in treatment group (n=114) were treated by oral medication of Bubingling capsule.
