CD44s和CD44v6在肺癌中的表达

目的：探讨ＣＤ４４在肺癌中的表达情况，用免疫组化的方法检测标准型ＣＤ４４（ＣＥ４４ｓ）和含外显子ｖ６的变异型 ＣＥＡ４（ＣＤ４４ｖ６）在各种肺癌的表达。结果：４１例非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）包括鳞癌、腺癌、大细胞癌的 ＣＣ４４ｈ４ｓ表达率为 ７０．７％， ＣＩＭ４ｖ６的表达率为９．７％，而１５例小细胞肺癌（ＳＣＬＣ）无一例表达 ＣＤ４４ｓ和 ＣＤ４４ｖ６。提示：（及）ＣＤ４４ｓ仅在 ＮＳＩＬＣ中表达，而在ＳＣＬＣ中无表达，可能是ＮＳＣＬＣ的一个标记物；（２）ＣＤ４４ｖ６仅小部分肺鳞癌和腺癌有表达，而在其它类型的肺癌无表达：（３）ＣＤ４４ｓ在低转移的ＮＳＣＬＣ中表达率高，而在高转移的ＳＣＬＣ中无表达，可能在肺癌临床诊断中有一定的应用前景。

Expression of CD44s and CD44v6 in Lung Cancer

In order to understand CD44 expression in lung cancer,immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of standard CD44 (CD44s) and the variant isoforms containing the domains encased by variant exon 6 (CD44v6) in various lung cancers. The results showed that the expression of CD44s or CD44v6 in 41 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cases were 70.7% and 9.7%, respectively, but no CD44s or CD44v6 expressed in 15 small cell lung cancer(SCLC)cas- es. It is concluded: (1) CD44s may be a novel marker of NSCLC because it expressed only in NSCLC but not in SCLC; (2) CD44v6 only expressed in a small part of pulmonary squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas, but no CD44v6 expressed in pulmonary carcinomas of other types; (3)CD44s may be a promising index in clinical practice because of its high expression in low metastatic SCLS and no expression in high metastatic SCLC.
